Stage Productions is an operations app run by BH Web Solutions for an event production company. Only the people the business gives a login to can open it.

What is kept

• From the business: its name and contact details, the names, emails and phone numbers of the people who log in, its equipment, jobs and customers.
• From the warehouse: every barcode scanned, by whom and when; damage and repair notes.
• Crew: names, phone numbers, rates and the jobs they work.
• Technical: a scrambled (hashed) form of the internet address a request came from, used only to stop abuse. One login cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How it is used

Only to run the business's productions: to plan jobs, quote customers, pull and track equipment, and pay crew. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the business itself. Companies that help run the service handle the data to provide it: Cloudflare (hosting, database and files). Information may be shared if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

Records are kept while the business uses Stage Productions. A business that stops using it can ask for all of its data to be deleted.

Security

Passwords are stored scrambled, never in plain text. Every page uses an encrypted connection (https). Everything is shown only to people logged in to that business.
